Place desired amount or the 1 to 2 cups in bath tub first and then run your warm bath. Relax your body with Ultra strength Epsom salt which is Magnesium Sulfate which relaxes muscles. Dead sea salt from Israel which is cleansing to the body. Soda Bicarbonate is soothing and softening to the skin. Relax the mind with the organic lavender oil. All these amazing ingredients are in Leanne’s Soothing Bath Salts. Relax and soak your body and deep breath for at least twenty minutes.
